Judgment Jezebel

(2nd Kings 9:30-37, Rev 2:20-23)

Attached to perceived influence
you quiver and taste blood
like yesterday’s leech.

A web of ugliness dances around you.
Within these controls and lying affections
the innocent are consumed at your leisure.

Those who practice the perceived weaknesses
love, goodness, mercy, submission
earn your hard-eyed malice,
your cruelly laughing contempt.

Truth will always destroy you
therefore, you kill the prophets,
preserving your deception,
gateway to your lair.

But Elijah has survived.

Your religion proves false!
Jehu at the window!
The eunuchs cast down their chosen bondage!

You are hillside dog dung, save...
Hands that took hold of folly.
Feet that pursued wickedness.
Scull that carried angry seductions.

Warnings of the judgment Jezebel.

You have been given space.
You have chosen.
You will receive.
