Faith In Real Life
The Good News of Jesus Christ is under pressure. Christian faith is being perceived in our culture as a glorified nursery rhyme, dangerous superstition and everything in between. This cultural view of Christianity is “inoculating” people everywhere against the love of Jesus. Just as a physician injects a patient with a small amount of a dead virus to inoculate them against the living virus, we all are being continuously exposed to small portions of cultural Christianity to be made resistant to the living Christ.Providing opportunities to express Christian faith in culture.
Poet NTW has been formed to provide opportunities to boldly and lovingly express authentic Christian faith in culture. To speak in the culture, we must use the relevant messaging of the culture. Blogs, poetry and wearable faith are some of the tools we use to express Jesus in organic and original ways.Our Poetry Inspires Our Fashion And Our Fashion Funds Our Ministry.
Just as a poet writes poetry to express a truth, we are God’s poem written to express His message into the world. In Ephesians 2:10 we are called God's workmanship. The word workmanship in the original Greek is poiema. Poiema is where we get our English word poem. We are God’s crafted expression. We are God’s poem.
